  • All of our payment forms can be selected at Check Out, and payment instructions will be provided after you complete your order!

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credits.

  • We currently ship to the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico! We are working on international shipping solutions and will update our homepage when it is available!

  • You can, but based on the value of your order, we may require a Real ID verification before we fulfil your order, as well as a Credit Card Authorization Form. These are required Anti-Fraud measures.

  • We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and ground shipping usually adds a day per time zone. Pacific customers get ground shipments in a day or two, while our east-coasters usually gets packages in five business days. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, all carriers do not guarantee shipping times.

  • We usually ship the business day after your order is placed.
